To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not accept any damaged packaging without first inspecting the product inside for damage as well. Take pictures to document.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and RMA# issued by our customer service department.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed with an approval email, and your product(s) will be mailed to you.

If you are exchanging an item damaged during shipping, we will ship you the item again at no extra cost.
If you received the wrong item, we will provide you with a return label through email.
